Outlasting the Centuries

The origins of today’s European music are inseparably linked to the human voice. In it, the composers of the 15th and 16th centuries found the means of expression to create a new music from the combination of Latin and Celtic harmonies.
And while over the centuries the sounds are in a constant state of change, the themes that move the world always remain the same – love, friendship and the beauty of life.
With “Outlasting the Centuries” the Octavians present a colorful program of works from Giovanni Giacomo Gastoldi to Franz Schubert to the hits of Simon and Garfunkel and Sting.
